Gather for a family-style Christmas lunch with sharing platters and a generous festive menu. Highlights on the menu include dashi eggs, edamame and Yarra Valley salmon caviar; freshly shucked oysters with mignonette; marmalade baked leg ham with candied grapefruit and rocket; king prawns and crab legs on ice served with finger lime and spearmint and sauces including nuoc cham and Marie Rose. There are also smoked salmon and watercress sandwiches, brined butter‑roasted turkey with cranberry and ancient grains, roast pork with spiced apple and thyme, swordfish steaks with roasted peppers and basil butter, and a range of fresh salads and sides such as oxheart and tigerella tomato panzanella, broccolini with anchovies and almonds, and pan‑roasted new potatoes with garlic and rosemary. Finish with plum pudding served with vanilla ice cream, brandy custard and butterscotch sauce, or mince tarts with cherries. A children's menu is available for ages 12 and under.
