A Simple Act of Kindness takes a humorous look at family life and the realities of the modern property market. When Sophie and her fiancé Greg move in with Sophie's 'boomer' parents, the entire household is forced to adapt to new living arrangements as the cracks in their relationships begin to show. Set against the backdrop of a global pandemic, this play explores the compromises, ambitions, and quirks that come with family and shared dreams.
The characters find themselves juggling generational differences, shifting expectations, and the challenge of downsizing.
