Sharpened by Leigh offers hand sharpening of Western and Japanese kitchen knives, bread knives, scissors, axes and manual gardening tools using Japanese whetstones. Knife and tool restoration and knife care products are also available.
Visit the Brighton service at Peter’s Mitre 10, 343 New Street, on the second and fourth Saturday of each month from 10:00 to 15:00.
No booking is required and items are assessed in person before quoting.
