Post natal yoga is a supportive way to restore and strengthen the body and find calm during a sometimes overwhelming and exhausting time:

  • Reduce Stress & anxiety
  • Improve strength & recovery
  • Release tension in back & shoulders
  • Improve sleep
  • Enhance connection with baby & connect with other mums

Suitable for absolute beginners as well as those with yoga experience.

The focus is on post natal recovery but babies get some yoga and plenty of attention too. 

You can start 6–10 weeks post birth (once you get OK to exercise) and you graduate once baby starts to actively crawl.
