1. What is Beyond the Plate and how is it different from other wellbeing workshops?
Beyond the Plate is a creative, hands-on wellbeing workshop designed to help women move beyond diets and quick fixes.
Instead of focusing on rules, numbers, or restriction, the workshop centres on reconnecting with your body, rebuilding a positive relationship with food, and creating a personalised Wellbeing Compass to guide your physical and mental wellbeing through 2026 and beyond.

2. Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is for women who feel tired of dieting, food guilt, and constant “shoulds” around eating and body image. It’s especially supportive for women who have experienced weight loss surgery, long-term dieting, or simply feel disconnected from what true nourishment looks like for them.
If you’re seeking a kinder, more intuitive approach to wellbeing, this space is for you.

3. What will I experience during the workshop?
You’ll take part in guided reflection, meaningful conversations, and creative activities designed to support nutrition, mental health, and body image.
You’ll create your own Wellbeing Compass (similar to a vision board, but deeper and more practical), learn how to tune into your body’s signals, and explore food and self-care in a way that feels nourishing, enjoyable, and sustainable - with a touch of fun along the way.
-
4. Do I need any prior knowledge about nutrition or wellbeing to attend?
No prior experience or knowledge is required. Beyond the Plate is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
The workshop focuses on self-compassion, curiosity, and trust rather than perfection or expertise, making it accessible and welcoming for all women.
