Featuring a 100+ seat bistro, the lively Wearside Bar with live music, quality sporting facilities and versatile function spaces, it’s a place where veterans, members and the wider community come together to stay active, social and connected.
Hampton RSL is Bayside’s community meeting place - a medium-sized, non-gaming venue located close to the beach in Hampton. With a welcoming atmosphere and strong focus on veteran and member participation, the Club provides a vibrant, inclusive space where people can stay active, social and engaged.
The venue features a 100+ seat Bistro offering relaxed dining, along with the Wearside Bar - the original name of the house that once occupied the site - now a dedicated bar and live music space serving a full range of refreshments.
Hampton RSL offers an impressive range of sporting and recreational facilities, including a refurbished, pennant-grade outdoor lawn bowling rink with night lighting, two outdoor pickleball courts, a billiards and snooker room with four full-sized competition tables, an active golf section, and even a boat on the bay for keen anglers.
Function rooms and outdoor BBQ facilities are available for private events, making the Club a versatile venue for celebrations, community gatherings and special occasions.
